Dedebali Tomb is the tomb of Dedebali, an Anatolian sage who passed away in 1394, located on Mülayim Hill in Tavşanlı district of Kütahya. The structure, surrounded by a pool, is currently operated as a picnic area and is open to visitors free of charge.
Dedebali Tomb stands on Mülayim Hill in the center of Tavşanlı district. The person buried here is Dedebali, known among the public as Hace'ül-Haram and Mülayim Dede. He was a sage who played a role in establishing Anatolian Turkish unity and was known for his philanthropy. He passed away in 1394 and was buried on the hill where he died; later, a tomb was built over his grave.
The most striking feature of the tomb is the pool surrounding it. Today, the structure, along with the entire hill, has been transformed into a picnic area. Visitors come here both to see the tomb and to spend time on the hill. There is a barrel-vaulted space, approximately 3.70x3.90 meters, in the basement, and square-planned volumes on the upper floors.
