A practical travel guide built around places, cities and countries.
This page explains who works on NeresiGezilir, how our destination guides are prepared, and how readers can request a correction.
Who We Are
NeresiGezilir began as an independent travel-guide project in 2025. It is run with a small-team workflow: destination research, writing, editorial review, image selection and technical publishing are treated as separate responsibilities. Our aim is to make planning easier without hiding useful details behind vague recommendations.
Our coverage includes cities, museums, historical buildings, parks, beaches, viewpoints, food destinations and practical itineraries in Turkey and other countries. Each English page is published as its own language edition. An English URL should contain English editorial content, metadata, image descriptions and structured data.
Our Mission
We answer the questions that usually appear while planning a visit: what is worth seeing, how long a stop may take, how to get there, what is nearby and which details should be checked before departure. We prefer specific, useful observations to exaggerated descriptions.
Our country and city pages organize destinations into a navigable structure. Place pages add practical visit information, while routes connect individual stops into realistic day plans. Availability, prices and opening hours can change, so readers should confirm time-sensitive details with the official venue before travelling.
Editorial Process
Guides are prepared using official institution pages, map data, reputable open sources, current online information and reader feedback where appropriate. AI-assisted tools may support research, drafting or language work. They do not replace editorial responsibility.
Before publication, an editor checks whether the page is readable, internally consistent and useful for a real trip. English translations have a separate review and publication status. Incomplete translations are kept out of English search results and discovery feeds until required fields, links, image text and structured data pass the language checks.
Articles and destination guides may be updated when transport, access, pricing or venue information changes. Material corrections should be reflected in the page rather than silently ignored. Where an author or expert reviewer is shown, that profile identifies the person responsible for the editorial contribution.
Corrections and Sources
If you notice an incorrect address, closed venue, outdated schedule, unsuitable image or translation problem, please send the page URL and the corrected information through our contact form. Links to an official source are especially helpful. Reports are reviewed before a change is published.
We separate editorial recommendations from advertising. The language of an advertisement may depend on the visitor’s location and is controlled by the advertising provider; it is not part of the page’s editorial language.
