During these months, the temperature around Kaş has not yet reached oppressive levels, or the summer heat has passed; walking on the terrain is much more comfortable. In July and August, the area can be quite hot and shadeless during midday. If you plan to come in the summer, it is advisable to choose the early morning hours. In winter, rainfall may occur occasionally in the region; this can make access to the area difficult due to the earthy ground.

The most practical way to reach Isinda Ancient City is by private car. The road from Kaş town center to Belenli Neighborhood is approximately 12 kilometers and can be covered quickly by car. Car rental options are widely available in Kaş.

For those preferring public transport, Belenli minibuses (dolmuş) departing from Kaş bus station offer an alternative. Since minibus services are limited, it is necessary to inquire about departure times in advance and plan your return accordingly. It is also possible to come from Kaş with a guided tour or by taxi.

Isinda is a relatively small settlement compared to large-scale ancient cities. 1 to 2 hours is sufficient to visit the tomb monuments, Lycian inscriptions, and acropolis ruins. Those who wish to take photographs or examine the area in more detail can allocate a little more time. Instead of planning Isinda as an independent day trip, combining it with other Lycian ruins around Kaş on the same day provides a much more efficient visit experience.

If you want to plan a one-day Lycian-focused itinerary around Kaş, including Isinda in your route is quite sensible. You can leave Kaş early in the morning to visit Isinda Ancient City, then return to Kaş town center to explore the Lycian rock tombs and ancient theater there. In the afternoon, you can spend time on Kaş's coastline or visit other archaeological sites nearby. This way, it is possible to experience the region's Lycian heritage comprehensively in a single day.

There are no dining options immediately near Isinda Ancient City. It is recommended to bring water and light snacks with you before your visit; this becomes a necessity, especially in the summer months. The closest food options are in Kaş town center. Kaş is a gastronomically satisfying district with restaurants offering fresh seafood, its meze culture, and cafes along the coast.
