The ideal time to visit Çamlıca Tower is to go up the tower approximately one hour before sunset. At this time, you can capture all the clarity of the daytime view and watch the sun set over the Bosphorus from the observation deck. Since the food and beverage areas of the tower are charged independently of the visit ticket, it is advisable to plan your budget accordingly. The construction of Çamlıca Tower began in October 2015 and was completed in September 2020. The tower opened to visitors on May 29, 2021, on the 568th anniversary of the conquest of Istanbul. The design belongs to internationally recognized Turkish architect Melike Altınışık; the structure draws attention with its monolithic and iconic architectural approach.

With a height of 369 meters from ground level and 587 meters from sea level, the tower holds the title of the tallest structure in Turkey and Europe, and also serves as a functional radio and television broadcasting tower. The owner of the structure is the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey, and its total cost was announced as approximately 121.7 million US dollars. The entrance mass is located 220 meters above sea level and houses the foyer, cafe, exhibition, and MediaTek areas.
