During these months, the weather is warm and sunny; the Yeşilırmak flows calmly, and the bridge's arches and surroundings are clearly visible. In spring, after the rains, the river rises and the bridge truly approaches the water; during this period, you will better understand why the bridge was given this name. Alçak Bridge is located on the Yeşilırmak River in Amasya city center. For those arriving in the city by bus, the bus station is approximately 1.5 - 2 km from the bridge; from there, you can easily reach it by taxi or city minibuses. Amasya's historical center is very suitable for walking; you can also reach the bridge by walking from Hatuniye Neighborhood or the historical bazaar.

For those arriving by car, various parking areas are available in the city center. Since car traffic around the bridge can be heavy, parking your car and walking offers a more comfortable experience.

Alçak Bridge is one of the most photographed structures in Amasya. To frame the bridge most impressively, it is recommended to go to the north bank of the Yeşilırmak River; from here, the bridge's arches, the rising rock tombs in the background, and Amasya Castle meet in the same frame.
