Gazi Mansion

Gazi Mansion is a two-story building constructed in the 15th century during the Akkoyunlu State period. The Akkoyunlus were a Turkmen dynasty that ruled in Eastern Anatolia and its surroundings; Diyarbakır was an important center during this period. The most well-known feature of the structure today is that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk used it as his headquarters during World War I.
