Küp Waterfalls can be visited all year round; however, each period offers a different experience. In spring (April-June), with the melting snow, the water flow of the waterfalls reaches its highest level, the surrounding forests are covered with fresh green, and air temperatures are very suitable for hiking. In autumn (September-October), the forests turn into yellow, orange, and red tones, offering an open-air studio for photography enthusiasts. In summer, the area can be quite crowded; by choosing weekday mornings, you can both avoid the crowds and enjoy a cooler walk. In winter, road conditions can become difficult, so it is recommended to check the current road status before coming.

The most comfortable way to reach Küp Waterfalls is by private car. From Adana city center, head towards Kozan and follow the Küp Village signs, covering a distance of approximately 130 km. From Aladağ district center, the distance is 37 km. Part of the road is winding and narrow, requiring careful driving; vehicles with high ground clearance may have an advantage in some sections.

You can also come from Adana by taxi or private tour vehicles. Those coming from Hatay and İskenderun can reach Aladağ by bus and then continue to the camping areas with an approximately two-hour journey. Searching for Küp Waterfalls or Küp Village, Aladağ in navigation apps is sufficient.

After entering the waterfall area, the wooden walkways, bridges, and stairs built by the municipality guide you along the canyon. It is possible to see 10 consecutive waterfalls on this route, which is approximately 1.5 km long, in a single walk. The route is usually an ascent from bottom to top; the return is via the same route.

The walking time varies between an average of 2-4 hours; this period may extend if you take breaks for photography and rest. Since the ground can be slippery in some sections, it is recommended to choose non-slip hiking shoes. Carrying enough water and light snacks with you will increase your comfort, especially in hot months.

There are small-scale camping areas and picnic facilities around Küp Waterfalls; at certain times, it is possible to encounter street vendors offering local gözleme and tea in the area. However, for comprehensive food and drink options, heading to Aladağ district center or Kozan would be a safer choice.

For those who want to taste all the flavors of Adana cuisine, there are plenty of restaurants offering local delicacies such as Adana kebab, şalgam suyu (turnip juice), and sherbet on the way back to the city center. We definitely recommend taking ready-made sandwiches and plenty of water with you before a long walk.

Keeping a few important points in mind before coming to Küp Waterfalls will make your visit much more enjoyable. Since part of the road is narrow and winding, check weather conditions and road status beforehand; road closures may occur, especially in winter and early spring. Since the ground inside the canyon can be wet and slippery, non-slip shoes are essential; avoid walking with sandals or slippers.

To protect the natural texture of the region, take your trash back with you in the bag you brought; visitors' sensitivity in this regard will ensure the area remains clean for many years. Swimming near the waterfalls can be dangerous; be careful not to approach strong currents. If you are coming with children, keep a close eye on them on bridges and stairs.
