In April and May, it is possible to take a coastal walk away from the crowds; even if the weather is cool, the scenery and park areas are enjoyable during this period. For those who want to see yakamoz in Balyanoz Bay, nights with low moonlight in July-August are the most advantageous time.

Those who want to come from Istanbul by car can reach Bayramoğlu by following the D-100 highway (formerly E-5) in the Gebze/Darıca direction. Depending on traffic density, it is approximately a 45-60 minute journey from Kadıköy.

For those preferring public transport, the most practical option is Marmaray. After reaching Gebze station by Marmaray, you can continue towards Darıca by minibus or taxi. Regular minibus services operate from Darıca district center to Bayramoğlu; the distance to the district center is approximately 6-7 km.

Among the best photo spots in Bayramoğlu, Balyanoz Bay comes first. In shots taken from the north side of the bay, the combination of the marina and the Marmara Sea creates an impressive composition. During sunset hours, looking from the western shore of the bay, orange-pink tones of the sky and sea reflections can be captured.

The walking paths along the coastal park are also suitable for photography. Since the number of kiosks and cafes on the peninsula is limited, long waiting times may be encountered during the busy summer period. Those planning a picnic would find it more practical to bring supplies from Darıca or Gebze.

Those planning to come by car on weekends may experience parking difficulties. Finding a parking spot becomes challenging on weekends in July-August; preferring public transport or leaving early in the morning prevents this problem.

The ground in some coastal areas of the peninsula can be rocky; it is useful to have suitable footwear for those who want to swim. Since market and kiosk options in the region are limited, bring enough water and food with you.

Bayramoğlu, due to its proximity to Istanbul, is typically a day-trip destination. If you leave early in the morning, Balyanoz Bay, the coastal park, the beach, and the narrow streets of the peninsula can be easily explored in a single day.

Those who want to add the sunset and yakamoz experience to their program should stay until the evening. Although there are accommodation options in the region, most visitors prefer a day trip. It is also possible to combine Bayramoğlu with surrounding excursions by staying in Darıca or Gebze.
