Yellow Mansion

The Yellow Mansion, standing on Vali Konağı Street in Tekirdağ's Ertuğrul Neighborhood, is one of the examples of civil architecture from the late Ottoman period in the city. The structure, built by Müses Agovoviç between 1918 and 1921, is a masonry mansion consisting of a basement and one floor above ground. The yellow color of its exterior gave the building its name and made it distinctive in the Tekirdağ skyline.

The mansion has been used as the Tekirdağ Municipality Service Building for many years. Thanks to its active function, the building is maintained and remains one of the few examples that preserve the historical fabric of the city.
