Mediseyh Tomb is a tomb and mosque complex located on the banks of the Tohma River in the Darende district of Malatya, housing the grave of Seyyid Abdurrahman Gazi, who met the companions of the Prophet; admission is free.

Seyyid Abdurrahman Gazi, who rests in the tomb, is one of the Tabi'in-i Kiram, meaning he belonged to the generation that personally met the companions of Prophet Muhammad. Since he was originally from Medina, he is briefly referred to as "Mediseyh." It is said that he participated in the Islamic army campaigns in Anatolia and was martyred there. His birth and death dates are not precisely known.
The complex consists of two sections: the tomb and the mosque. It is built on a stone structure with a garden, by the Tohma River. It was restored by the Hulusi Efendi Foundation and reached its current state, and was reopened for worship after the earthquake.
