Moda Coastal Park and Walking Trail

Moda Coastal Park welcomes visitors in every season; however, spring and autumn months provide the most balanced period in terms of both weather and crowds. Between April-May and September-October, you experience both the park's lush greenery and pleasant sea breezes.

During summer months, early morning hours should be preferred; the park and walking trail become quite crowded in the afternoon. Sunset hours offer special beauty throughout the year: the reddening sky over the Sea of Marmara and the silhouette of the Islands create the park's most sought-after moment of the evening.

Even during winter months, the park is not deserted; on cold but clear days, Bosphorus views become much clearer and create an ideal setting for a peaceful walk.

For cyclists, some sections of the walking trail may feel narrow during busy hours; careful and slow movement toward pedestrians is recommended. If bringing a dog, following leash rules provides a more comfortable experience for both other visitors and yourself.
